We are happy to announce that the month of Dhul Hijjah will start tomorrow Friday August 2nd, 2019 (sunset tonight).
- The Day of Arafah will be Saturday August 10th, 2019
- Eid Al-Adha will be Sunday August 11th, 2019
We congratulate our beloved community and ask Allah to bring much blessing and joy to you, your loved ones, and the entire Muslim Ummah.
Finally, we would like to remind you of the following authentic hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (S):
“There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” [Bukhari]
So we urge you to spend these first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah in doing good deeds and increasing in acts of worship such as fasting, extra prayers, charity, good manners, and making dhikr.
On this occasion, we remember those who are less fortunate throughout the world, especially the refugees and our brothers and sisters who are suffering under tyranny, injustice, war, or occupation. We ask Allah to return the hajj seekers, of our community and ummah, safely and accept their deeds.
